I am small Home based spa and during busy times space is limited. In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times I have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Kindly review my cancellation information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with Devine Esthetics you are accepting the terms and conditions of my cancellation policy. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, fill in any necessary forms. Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
I am sympathetic that sometimes being late is outside of your control. I promise to always do my very best to perform the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Each treatment will be finished on time to accommodate the next client. Arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in half charges (equivalent deductions from gift certificates) without the opportunity to reschedule. To ensure that my spa runs on time,
I regretfully cannot make an exception to this policy. For this reason wIrecomment that you plan ahead for your relaxing visit to Devine Esthetics. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about my location, parking, etc...
When booking you will be asked to provide a valid credit card or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card unless you fail to follow the policies listed. Upon completion of your service you'll be able to pay for your services with your choice of Visa, MasterCard, cheque or cash. I do no accept American Express. If you don't have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your services in cash to hold your reservation. If paying with an in-store purchased gift certificate, you will be asked to provide the hard copy after your service as payment.
If you need to cancel your appointment please call (306) 789-3102 at least 24 hours in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will result in Half charges on your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates). Groups of 3 or more people require 48 hours cancellation notice. I realize that sometimes a sudden illness (of you or a loved one) can prevent you from giving 24 hours cancellation notice (48 hours for groups). In this instance your credit card will not be charged. Services booked at a promotional price cannot be refunded. Since I am a small appointment-based spa these charges cover time lost and allows me to continue operating my business.
I recommend that clients note the date/time of their services through other means because ultimately each person is responsible for keeping their appointment and cancelling within 24 hours if need be.
All Groupons Should be booked 2-3 weeks in advance due to overflow of bookings close to the expiry date. Each groupon has a 3 months booking limitation period and all expiration dates are final and no exceptions will be made. If your groupon expires you can use the amount that was initially paid for any service at Devine Esthetics.
